Deliver personalized financial support onsite as a Client Financial Services Agent, using communication skills and solutions-focused client service.
At Desjardins, you work closely with advisors to support members and clients. You help maintain business relationships through investment, financing, and protection solutions. Your work includes handling requests, researching needs, and recommending appropriate options aligned with action plans and organizational standards.
Key Responsibilities:
Handle client requests and research appropriate solutions
Support advisors with agendas and email management
Recommend solutions meeting member and client expectations
Help clients choose tools and channels matching independence preferences
Participate in sales development initiatives
Requirements:
Attestation of Collegial Studies
Minimum three years of relevant experience
Mutual fund representative certificate from Autorité des marchés financiers
French language knowledge
Other qualification and experience combinations may be considered
Use interpersonal savvy, customer focus, and financial services knowledge to support Desjardins members and clients onsite.
