Occupational Health Safety Coordinator

Occupational health and safety expertise meets employee training and hazard identification in this coordinator position supporting job sites across Canada.
This Health and Safety Coordinator strengthens the organization’s safety culture through policies, prevention plans, investigations, and training. The position manages OHS records while providing on-site guidance, coaching, and support. It also coordinates inspections, awareness initiatives, and external safety partnerships.
Key Responsibilities:
Update occupational health and safety policies and procedures
Implement internal audits and workplace prevention plans
Investigate and analyze workplace accidents and incidents
Deliver occupational health and safety training programs
Maintain employee training and OHS records
Requirements:
One to three years of occupational health and safety experience
Construction, excavation, and working-at-heights experience preferred
Knowledge of Quebec occupational health and safety legislation
Proficiency with Microsoft Office 365
Valid driver’s licence and willingness to travel across Canada
