Industrial Pipefitter Northern Saskatchewan

Work with industrial piping systems as an experienced Journeyman Pipefitter at Thyssen Mining’s Northern Saskatchewan site.
This position supports underground mining through installation, assembly, maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair of piping systems. The work includes measuring, cutting, fitting, and installing pipes, valves, fittings, and related components. Candidates should bring strong mechanical skills and a safety-first mindset.
Key Responsibilities:

Read and interpret drawings, specifications, and layouts
Assemble and install pipes, fittings, and valves
Inspect systems for leaks and damage
Use hand tools, power tools, and rigging safely
Work with maintenance and underground operations crews
Requirements:

Required Journeyperson or Journeyman Pipefitter certification
Experience with industrial piping installation practices
Previous heavy construction or mining experience preferred
Ability to perform physically demanding underground work
Current site and underground certifications
Bring industrial pipefitting, drawing interpretation, and mechanical troubleshooting skills to Thyssen Mining’s underground mining site.
