Senior Banking Operations Specialist

Advance banking operations at PNC in Mississauga, managing complex transactions and exceptions during a Monday to Friday in-office schedule.
As a Senior Operations Specialist in PNC’s Treasury Management Lockbox organization, you will support specialized operational processes. The work includes customer communication, documentation, process management, risk mitigation, and compliance. You will also help improve procedures and support new-hire onboarding.
Key Responsibilities:
Execute complex, moderate- to high-risk financial transactions
Identify exceptions and escalate complex transaction issues
Coordinate documents and action items with service partners
Review transactions for accuracy, completeness, and compliance
Train new hires and support process improvement initiatives
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree
Typically less than one year of professional experience
Preferably three years of banking experience
Accuracy, attention to detail, and problem-solving skills
Ability to manage multiple priorities and standard procedures
Bring banking experience, customer solutions, risk awareness, and operational accuracy to PNC’s Mississauga Lockbox team.
