Automotive CAE Analysis Engineer

Turn customer requirements into tested product improvements as an Automotive CAE Analysis Engineer using HyperMesh, LS-Dyna, and ABAQUS.
This CAE Engineer develops modeling plans, introduces engineering processes and tools, and performs analysis for Flex|N|Gate Group of Companies. The position supports engineering, development, and testing through FEA modeling, CAE results interpretation, and structural recommendations. Work requires organized communication across internal and external teams.
Key Responsibilities:
Understand customer requirements for product design improvements
Create and document modeling plans for engineering teams
Analyze models using LS-Dyna and ABAQUS
Assist and verify FEA correlation to testing
Maintain CAE updates and track industry trends
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering
Three or more years in automotive manufacturing
Knowledge of finite element analysis and CAD models
Knowledge of draw die design
Strong organization, communication, and database administration skills
Combine customer-focused analysis, structural insight, and FEA expertise to support quality automotive products at Flex|N|Gate.
