Every price we set decides whether a family on a farm, at the lake or in a small prairie town chooses us or someone else. We are looking for the person who owns that decision. A pricing strategist who turns data and market intel into offers that win customers and protect margin.
ABOUT RFNOW
At RFNOW, we believe where you live shouldnt decide how connected you are. From our home base in Virden, Manitoba, we build and run the fiber network that brings fast, dependable internet to rural and small-town communities, the farms, families, schools and local businesses that larger providers too often pass by.
We are growing, investing in major network builds, and doing it with a down to earth team that rolls up its sleeves and takes real pride in the difference we make. Every connection we light up opens new doors for the people in those communities and the right offer, at the right price, is what gets them connected.
RFNOW. Canadas Prairie Fiber Network.

Come help us power what is next for rural Canada.
THE OPPORTUNITY
You will own residential pricing strategy across our Manitoba and Saskatchewan footprint, from the rate card to promotional structure, to the offers each sales channel puts in front of customers. You will keep us competitive against national, satellite and regional providers, and use performance data from every acquisition and retention channel to test, learn and adjust.
This is a dedicated, protected mandate. Pricing decisions carry real margin and conversion consequences, so this seat stays focused on pricing. It is not a flex resource for other marketing or field work.
WHAT YOU WILL DO
Build and run a live tracking system for competitor pricing, promotions and bundles across the communities we serve
Spot competitive threats and pricing gaps early and bring a recommended response, not just a status report
Read the market by geography. Urban, rural, First Nations and seasonal lake communities each have different competitors and price sensitivity
Pricing strategy and modelling
Own the residential rate card and promotional strategy for new-customer offers, win-back pricing and base/renewal pricing
Build price elasticity and margin models that show the volume and ARPU trade off of every change before it launches
Design channel specific offers (door to door, web, call centre, MDU), plus product level pricing, bundles and tiers that grow ARPU and attach rates without eroding long-term value
Performance and test-and-learn
Partner with our Marketing Data Analyst to turn campaign and channel results into pricing and offer adjustments
Run structured pricing pilots by geography, channel or segment, and turn results into decisions on a defined cycle
Diagnose whether underperformance is a pricing, targeting or product problem and route it to the right owner
Launch and leadership reporting
Lead end to end implementation of approved pricing changes with Billing, Sales and Care with clear, sellable offer documentation so every channel can sell it on day one
Make sure every advertised rate meets Canadian telecom advertising and pricing disclosure requirements
Present pricing performance, competitive position and recommendations to executive leadership, and keep a single source of truth for current and historical pricing
WHAT YOU BRING
Bachelors degree in Economics, Finance, Business, Marketing Analytics or a related field
5 plus years of experience in the telecommunications industry, with a strong background in pricing strategy, revenue management or commercial analytics
Hands on experience building price elasticity, margin and ARPU impact models
Advanced Excel (required), SQL and Power BI, Tableau or similar a strong asset
A track record of responding to competitor pricing moves in a live market, not just historical analysis
Experience implementing pricing through billing and OSS BSS systems and multiple sales channels
Working knowledge of Canadian telecom advertising and pricing disclosure requirements
The confidence to present recommendations and trade offs directly to executives, and the influence to land changes with teams you dont manage
Nice to have
Multi-brand or merger and integration pricing experience
Geo based pricing in rural and underserved markets, or GIS tools for competitive and demand mapping
WHY YOU WILL LIKE IT HERE
A dedicated, high-impact mandate. Your work shows up directly in revenue and customer growth
Hybrid or remote flexibility within Manitoba or Saskatchewan
Direct visibility with executive leadership and real ownership of pricing decisions
Group benefits plan, with premiums cost-shared with RFNOW
Work that matters. Getting rural and small-town communities connected
