Commercial Insurance Client Manager

Manage Mid-Market Commercial insurance accounts with NFP in Ontario, using client service, coverage expertise, and relationship management in a hybrid setting.
As an Account/Client Manager, you will support an assigned book of business alongside a producer. Your work includes applications, renewals, marketing strategy, and daily client communication. You will also maintain carrier relationships and identify opportunities across property and casualty, Group Benefits, and Wealth Management.
Key Responsibilities:
Prepare applications and specifications for new business
Support renewals and marketing strategy for assigned accounts
Answer client questions about coverage, billing, claims, and audits
Maintain long-term client and carrier relationships
Identify additional coverage and referral opportunities
Requirements:
Required RIBO license
Typically more than three years of industry experience
Experience placing multi-line Mid-Market to Complex coverage
Strong communication, organization, analytical, and problem-solving skills
Experience with Microsoft Office; EPIC fluency is an asset
