As Assistant Store Manager, you will support daily shop leadership and performance at David Clulow, part of EssilorLuxottica. You will coach teams, maintain store standards, and guide customers toward eyewear combining style, comfort, and optical expertise. Optical experience is not essential.

Support the Store Manager with daily shop leadership
Motivate, coach, and inspire the store team
Maintain customer care, presentation, and operational standards
Recommend eyewear solutions matching style and comfort
Lead the store during the manager’s absence
Requirements:

Retail management or supervisory experience
