Senior Bilingual Claims Adjudicator

You will assess complex benefits or services, interpret policies, and support clients through technology-enabled processes. Key Responsibilities:
Manage claims from intake through final recommendation reports
Apply causation principles and defined eligibility criteria
Validate records, maintain notes, and administer case systems
Provide accurate case updates and program information
Participate in program funder meetings
Requirements:
10+ years determining eligibility or adjudicating complex claims
Strong customer service experience with dissatisfied applicants
Experience processing data and managing documents
University degree, related certification, or formal training
Bilingual English and French; Reliability or Secret clearance eligibility
