Phasor seeks an experienced Recruitment Specialist supporting multiple roles and hiring managers. You will manage sourcing, screening, interviewing, candidate selection, and onboarding administration. The role also includes recruitment documentation, employee inquiries, and HR support while focusing on recruitment rather than internal HR.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage job postings, sourcing, screening, interviews, and candidate selection
Coordinate interviews and maintain stakeholder communication throughout recruitment
Prepare onboarding documentation and maintain employee records
Partner with hiring managers on workforce needs and recruitment strategies
Represent Phasor at career fairs and recruitment events
Requirements:
Three to four or more years of Canadian or North American recruitment experience
Full-cycle recruitment experience across multiple roles and hiring managers
Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field
Strong interpersonal, communication, and relationship-building skills
Microsoft Office proficiency and strong computer skills
Bring full-cycle recruitment, onboarding, and stakeholder partnership skills to Phasor's engineering and infrastructure projects.
