Reporting to the Branch Operations Manager, this supervisor helps ensure smooth, efficient warehouse functioning. The role reinforces Company policies, coaches warehouse collaborators, supports customer service, and creates effective goals. It also includes day-to-day responsibilities for safety, inventory control, staffing, facilities, and fleet maintenance.
Key Responsibilities:

Create a safe and healthy work environment
Supervise warehouse collaborators and lead by example
Provide continuous constructive feedback to personnel
Coordinate deliveries, facility, and fleet maintenance
Ensure smooth and efficient warehouse operations
Requirements:

Five-plus years of warehouse experience
Two-plus years of supervisory experience
Forklift experience is required
Computer proficiency and strong organization skills
Ability to lift, push, or pull up to 50 pounds
Use warehouse supervision, safety leadership, forklift experience, and operational coordination to support Kaycan’s daily warehouse performance.
