Fashion Retail Operations Manager

Direct fashion retail operations through merchandising, customer service, and disciplined team leadership as Ardene’s Store Manager. Coordinate with the District Supervisor while managing daily store execution and employee performance.
This management position oversees operational standards, sales planning, profitability strategies, and customer experiences. You will train employees, assess talent, resolve conflicts, manage schedules, process transactions, and respond to head office requests. Professionalism and integrity are essential.
Key Responsibilities:

Oversee store operations and implement sales strategies
Monitor performance and address substandard performance
Prepare and manage weekly employee schedules
Complete opening, closing, cash, and credit procedures
Process merchandising shipments and head office returns
Requirements:

Minimum two to three years retail management experience
High school diploma
Strong time management and priority-setting skills
Ability to delegate tasks and take ownership
Ability to manage stress in a fast-paced environment
