Build investment operations expertise at Orbis by managing KYC, reconciliations, and transactions for institutional and retail investors.
Based in Burnaby, this Client Operations Specialist supports Orbis Funds and a global client base. You will conduct transfer agency processes, verify transaction details, maintain confidential information, and communicate relevant updates across global Fund Operations teams. The work also includes improving processes alongside technology colleagues.
Key Responsibilities:
Conduct KYC and client money reconciliation processes
Process and verify Orbis Fund transactions
Validate sensitive client information accurately
Update client databases and activity records
Coordinate information across global Operations teams
Requirements:
One to three years of professional experience
Undergraduate degree and proven academic achievement
Strong analytical and investigative problem-solving skills
Ability to manage confidential information with integrity
Interest in the investment industry is an asset
