Director of Development and Communications
Mon Sheong Foundation
Lead fundraising and communications strategy as Director of Development and Communications, advancing stakeholder engagement and the Foundation’s public presence. Shape integrated initiatives across development, marketing, and community relationships.
This senior leadership role guides philanthropic growth, organizational visibility, and long-term sustainability. You will work with the Chief Operating Officer, senior leaders, Board committees, volunteers, and community partners. Responsibilities span donor stewardship, strategic partnerships, brand management, media relations, and events.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead donor cultivation, solicitation, stewardship, and recognition programs
Develop integrated marketing, communications, and public engagement strategies
Oversee media relations, public affairs, publications, and digital communications
Develop sponsorship strategies and oversee fundraising events
Direct team priorities, performance measures, and strategic objectives
Requirements:
University degree in fundraising, marketing, communications, business, or related field
Minimum eight years of progressive leadership experience
Nonprofit fundraising, donor stewardship, and CRA regulations knowledge
Strategic planning, project management, and budget management skills
Excellent English and Chinese verbal and written communication skills
