Customs Brokerage Product Manager
UPS
Lead customs brokerage expertise remotely from Canada with UPS, supporting customer accounts, service improvement, and revenue retention across aligned markets.
As Brokerage Product Development Manager, you will collaborate with sales and operations teams on customer requirements and customs clearance solutions. The position supports strategic client relationships, service standards, and continuous improvement projects. You will help maintain and grow customs brokerage revenue.
Key Responsibilities:
Support customer accounts, revenue retention, and churn reduction
Provide expertise for solutions, contracts, statements of work, and pricing
Participate in customer meetings and quarterly business reviews
Manage operating procedures and key performance indicators
Advise customers on supply chain improvement opportunities
Requirements:
Five years in customs operations and transportation business development
French and English proficiency, written and spoken
Customs Specialist certification preferred
Bachelor's degree or international equivalent preferred
Full-time availability during operational days
