Area Service Technician Montreal GSE

Diagnose Ground Support Equipment across Montreal while applying automotive mechanical expertise and solving customer issues throughout the assigned territory.
TLD seeks an experienced Area Service Technician to support customers around Montreal and surrounding areas. You will work independently on equipment diagnostics, maintenance, repairs, and technical troubleshooting. The position also includes service bulletins, equipment testing, customer training, and accurate service reporting for aviation ground equipment.
Key Responsibilities:
Diagnose mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic GSE systems
Perform preventive maintenance inspections and equipment testing
Complete repairs, adjustments, and component replacements
Interpret manuals, schematics, wiring diagrams, and technical documentation
Provide customer support, training, and service reports
Requirements:
At least two years maintaining vehicles, equipment, or related systems
Strong automotive mechanical diagnostic and repair background
Valid driver's license and satisfactory driving record
Ability to lift 50 pounds and work varied weather conditions
English communication skills; French and English bilingual ability preferred
