Heavy Civil Construction Superintendent

This Civil Superintendent role suits an experienced field leader with strong earthworks and site development knowledge. You will coordinate excavation, load-haul-dump operations, trucking, road construction, quarry activities, and aggregate handling. Success requires disciplined communication with operators, foremen, subcontractors, surveyors, engineers, and project managers. The position also involves changing and remote site conditions.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead crews delivering civil construction and earthworks activities
Plan daily manpower, equipment, and material requirements
Coordinate trucking, loading cycles, routes, and traffic flow
Oversee access roads, ramps, platforms, and haul roads
Maintain records, reports, inspections, and production documentation
Requirements:
Proven Civil, General, or equivalent Superintendent experience
Hands-on expertise in heavy civil construction and earthworks
Strong understanding of construction sequencing and production rates
Knowledge of crushing, screening, stockpiling, and quarry operations
Ability to work extended hours or rotational schedules
Use practical supervision and material movement expertise to keep Norpac’s heavy civil operations productive, organized, and compliant.
