Lead La Vie en Rose retail operations by motivating teams, improving sales, and delivering thoughtful customer service every day.
As Acting Assistant Manager, you will support your manager while ensuring the store runs smoothly and corporate standards remain strong. You will guide sales performance, train employees, schedule teams, analyze results, and represent the brand’s vision. Customer assistance, product knowledge, visual presentation, and administration are central to the work.
Key Responsibilities:
Coordinate store operations when management is unavailable
Communicate sales goals and analyze performance results
Train teams on products, features, and sales techniques
Schedule employees according to performance and store traffic
Open, close, and maintain store standards
Requirements:

Strong communication and customer service abilities
Proactive and conscientious approach to responsibilities
