Pharmacy Operations Pharmacist Overnight

Lead safe, organized pharmacy operations as an Overnight Pharmacist at Central Pharmacy Services, Richmond Hill. Apply accuracy, compliance, and customer service expertise.
Reporting to the Supervisor, Production, this Pharmacist supports a high-tech central pharmacy environment serving Shoppers Drug Mart. Responsibilities include dispensing medication, maintaining the dispensary, resolving stakeholder requests, managing inventory, and supporting pharmacy colleagues. The scheduled shift runs Sunday through Thursday, 10pm to 6am, with some holidays, weekends, and other shifts required.
Key Responsibilities:
Ensure dispensary safety, organization, efficiency, and appropriate inventory placement
Review expired stock and medication orders
Control dispensary access and protect patient confidentiality
Provide timely resolutions to customer and stakeholder requests
Identify opportunities and action pharmacy incidents appropriately
Requirements:
Valid license to practice in the province
Professional integrity and strong pharmacy practice standards
Strong problem-solving and action-plan execution skills
Ability to lead by example and support programs
Flexibility for scheduled and business-needs shifts
Use pharmacy operations expertise, sound decisions, and professional communication to support accurate overnight prescription services.
