Home Instead
Support seniors and families as a Licensed Practical Nurse with Home Instead. Apply compassionate leadership, communication, and care-quality expertise in community healthcare.
This position serves clients through personalized, non-medical home care while supporting a strong team. You will help deliver positive client and family experiences, maintain care standards, and monitor team performance. Community outreach, provider relationships, and after-hours escalation responsibilities are included.
Key Responsibilities:

Participate in outreach and referral activities
Support rotating after-hours escalation responsibilities
Requirements:
Current Nova Scotia LPN or RN designation
Five-plus years in senior or home care
Strong communication and organizational abilities
Compassionate, professional, proactive approach
Valid driver’s license and reliable vehicle
