RONA
Drive department operations at RONA through retail management, replenishment oversight, and effective scheduling. Support customer satisfaction while coordinating work within established labour budgets.
This Department Manager position supports the smooth operation of a RONA store and its department. You will organize schedules, supervise replenishment, complete merchandising, and manage promotional activities based on sales and company initiatives. You will also address issues and assist with recruiting staff.
Key Responsibilities:
Determine schedules while complying with labour budgets
Supervise replenishment processes across assigned department areas
Carry out merchandising according to Store Manager directions
Manage promotional activities aligned with sales initiatives
Resolve operational issues and protect customer satisfaction
Requirements:
Five years of experience managing personnel
Previous retail business management experience
Strong leadership and motivational abilities
Resourceful approach to department operations
Autonomous approach to assigned responsibilities
Use retail operations, scheduling, and replenishment experience to help RONA meet customer needs and maintain smooth store performance.
