BELFOR Restoration Project Manager
BELFOR
Lead emergency restoration projects for BELFOR in Hamilton, using project management, estimating, and customer communication skills. Periodic travel to job sites is required.
Reporting to the General Manager, this Project Manager oversees restoration work from initiation through completion. The position prepares estimates, coordinates subcontractors, and keeps clients, insurers, and consultants informed. Success depends on quality, budget, schedule, documentation, and customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage restoration projects from initiation through completion
Prepare estimates, floor plans, and project documentation
Coordinate subcontractors, permits, inspections, and job activities
Communicate updates with clients, insurers, and stakeholders
Oversee billing, collections, compliance, and site safety
Requirements:
High school diploma or GED
Three or more years of construction or restoration project management
Microsoft Office Suite and Google Suite proficiency
Strong customer service, communication, and organizational skills
Valid driver’s license with a clean driver’s abstract
