As Studio Manager, you will own scheduling, staffing, and daily member experience at F45 New Westminster South. You will develop coaches, track retention and acquisition, and protect the studio culture. This position also includes coaching sessions, member challenges, and events.
Key Responsibilities:

Own daily studio scheduling, staffing, and member experience
Lead and develop the coaching team
Track customer retention and member acquisition
Build and protect the studio culture
Coach 20 hours per week
Requirements:

Two to three years as Studio Manager or Head Trainer
Demonstrated initiative, independent decisions, and problem solving
High standards and constructive, respectful feedback
Warm, outgoing approach to member conversations
Strong ownership, ambition, and responsibility
Bring studio leadership, coaching, and member engagement skills to grow F45 New Westminster South’s community and performance.
