As a UI Designer, you create graphic elements that enrich member and client experiences. You advise design, product management, and IT development teams while respecting graphical standards, ergonomic principles, and user experience best practices. You analyze client needs, recommend solutions, and shape products’ visual identity.
Key Responsibilities:

Lead brainstorming, planning, and project development sessions
Develop sample interactions for complex, diversified contexts
Design, build, and optimize specification-based mock-ups
Create, adapt, produce, and document visual components
Maintain a consistent digital design system
Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in a related field
Minimum six years of relevant experience
Knowledge of French is required
Ability to analyze client needs and recommend solutions
Expertise in visual interface design and user experience
Apply digital UI design, user experience strategy, and stakeholder leadership to shape Desjardins products and interfaces.
