Parts Coordinator
in Langley, BC! Our client is a leading provider of industrial equipment/solutions in Western Canada, they have a brand new opening for an up-and-coming parts professional ready to grow as part of their fun, collaborative, and service-oriented team. This is a perfect opportunity for a Parts (or Service - don't be shy!) Representative with a year or 2 of relevant experience looking to build their career in the industrial space. Sound like you?

What are the Responsibilities?
Running the parts order desk, where you'll be the go-to person for customers who need the right part, right now
Researching and selecting parts from bills of material, serial numbers and whatever else customers send your way
Preparing quotes, verifying pricing and showing customers why OEM parts beat after-market
Sourcing hard-to-find parts outside the standard product line
Keeping inventory healthy, orders moving and shipments out the door on time
Working with the sales team, service department and your manager to keep customers happy
What are the Requirements?
1-3 years of parts, service or technical support experience in heavy equipment, industrial, tooling, truck & transport or manufacturing
A strong technical mindset and attention to detail
Solid MS Office and ERP skills
Great communication skills, plus the confidence to work independently
Comfort in a warehouse environment (forklift training is a bonus) & handling Shipping/Receiving duties
A team-player attitude
