Customer Experience and Preconstruction Coordinator
Montérégie | Residential Construction | Permanent, Full-Time Position | On-Site
Salary: up to $70,000 per year, depending on experience
Do you enjoy supporting clients, coordinating multiple files, and ensuring that nothing is left to chance before the work begins?
We are looking for an organized, proactive person who is comfortable with digital tools to play a central role in customer experience and the preparation of residential construction projects.
What Awaits You
A role that combines
client relations, coordination, and project follow-up .
A stable schedule, Monday to Friday, from
8 AM to 4 PM .
6 weeks of paid vacation per year , distributed between the summer and winter periods.
A compensation that can reach
$70,000 per year , depending on experience.
Your Daily Role
Assist clients in their choices of materials, products, and finishes, while explaining the next steps.
Schedule appointments with suppliers and follow up on decisions and actions to be completed.
Document choices, technical specifications, and approvals to maintain accurate and up-to-date files.
Verify plans, information, and necessary documents before forwarding files to construction teams.
Ensure weekly follow-up with clients and respond to their requests within 24 hours.
Coordinate multiple files simultaneously, anticipate delays, and intervene quickly when an issue arises.
Collaborate with internal teams and contribute to improving work methods.
The Desired Profile
Experience in customer service and file or project coordination.
Good basic knowledge of the construction field, ideally residential.
Bilingualism required in French and English , both spoken and written.
Excellent organization, attention to detail, and rigor in document management.
Comfortable with computer tools, tracking platforms, and managing multiple files.
Proactive communication, good judgment, and the ability to handle delicate situations calmly.
An Asset
Experience with project management software or platforms.
