As Multi Unit Store Manager, you will lead daily store operations, develop store teams, and own results at Value Buds. The role emphasizes people leadership, operational excellence, sales performance, and regulatory compliance. You will manage inventory, merchandising, reporting, labour, and budgets while building a customer-focused sales culture.
Key Responsibilities:

Lead daily store operations and ensure operational excellence
Recruit, train, coach, and manage store teams
Drive sales, KPIs, labour, and budget performance
Manage inventory, merchandising, and reporting
Ensure provincial cannabis regulatory compliance
Requirements:

Three-plus years' retail or customer service leadership experience
Strong sales, people leadership, and operational skills
Cannabis, liquor, or regulated retail experience preferred
Valid cannabis selling certification from an approved program
Ability to pass a Criminal Record Check
