Key Responsibilities:
Assist the Pharmacy Manager with pharmacy operations
Accept prescriptions and refill requests from authorized sources
Fill prescriptions accurately, efficiently, and safely
Counsel patients on sold pharmaceutical products
Provide eligible medication reviews and injections
Requirements:
Pharmacist License required
Additional Prescribing Authorization may apply in Alberta
Ability to operate pharmacy registers and computer systems
Ability to protect patient privacy consistently
Ability to follow provincial regulatory requirements
Support Walmart patients through accurate dispensing, counselling, privacy protection, and pharmacy operations at the New Westminster location.
