Key Responsibilities:
Deliver occupational therapy services in collaboration with care professionals
Assess patients and establish occupational therapy diagnoses
Determine occupational therapy prognoses for patient care
Create, develop, and implement treatment interventions
Support patient and family centered rehabilitation care
Requirements:
Occupational therapy practice in accordance with BC standards
Familiarity with Fraser Health mission and values
Understanding of acute care occupational therapy standards
Collaborative approach with interprofessional care teams
Focus on patient and family centered care
Use acute care occupational therapy, clinical assessment, and intervention planning skills to support Surrey Memorial Hospital rehabilitation services.
