Senior Procurement Specialist Manufacturing

Lead complex procurement, supplier performance, and cost reduction initiatives onsite at Fleming and Baron’s manufacturing facility in Woodbridge, Ontario.
As a Senior Procurement Specialist, you will manage high value spend categories and serve as a procurement subject matter expert. The role requires supply chain experience, analytical capability, and cross functional collaboration. You will support sourcing, supplier relationships, process improvements, and organizational transformation.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop sourcing and category strategies aligned with business objectives
Negotiate contracts, pricing, service levels, and commercial terms
Lead supplier performance management and resolve performance concerns
Drive cost reduction and value engineering initiatives
Analyze spend, inventory trends, and procurement performance metrics
Requirements:
Five or more years of supply chain experience
Working knowledge of Lean Methodologies
Manufacturing environment experience preferred
Excellent Microsoft Suite and computer proficiency
Strong analytical, communication, and presentation skills
Apply procurement expertise, supplier management, and manufacturing knowledge to improve value and processes for Fleming and Baron.
