Business Analyst

ESI Technologies is a Quebec-based consulting firm specializing in information technology services for over 32 years.
We support organizations in their digital transformation initiatives, including architecture, cybersecurity, cloud computing, data, and IT service management projects.
As part of our growth, we are looking for a
Business Analyst
who is eager to contribute to large-scale engagements while growing within a team recognized for its expertise and people-first approach.
As a
Business Analyst , you will be responsible for:
Gather stakeholder feedback, define and refine requirements, and support discovery and planning activities;
Assist with delivery, testing, operational priorities, and the tracking and analysis of project progress and outcomes;
Facilitate Agile ceremonies, perform Scrum Master duties as needed, remove barriers, and promote collaboration and continuous improvement;
Strengthen Business Analyst coverage across DRIVE Product Teams to support competing priorities and reduce delivery risk.
Qualifications
3+ years experience with the following technologies and skills:
Scrum
Domain-Drive Design (DDD)
Event Based Architecture
Micro-services
.NET using GIT and Visual Studio
Application Insights for monitoring and alerting
Jest for automated testing
Automated Development Pipelines
Azure services for event database technologies
