Compliance Specialist Safety Fleet

Lead compliance across safety and fleet operations as a Compliance Specialist with Cintas on a full time, first shift schedule. Monitor policies, laws, data, systems, and processes.
Cintas seeks a Compliance Specialist to oversee location or regional compliance efforts. You will audit requirements, teach partners, and communicate current or revised procedures. The position also supports third party risk management and regulatory updates.
Key Responsibilities:
Make immediate corrections for OSHA, DOT, and local ordinances
Negotiate preventative maintenance, repair, and towing pricing
Manage annual fleet spending and monthly budget performance
Prepare documents, summarize data, and implement improvement plans
Investigate workers compensation and auto accidents
Requirements:
High School Diploma or GED equivalent required
Minimum one to two years of business experience
Ability to audit compliance with policies and laws
Ability to teach partners current and revised procedures
Ability to maintain organized compliance documentation
