Serve acute patients at Red Deer Regional Hospital using hospital-based care experience and a limited CPSA medical license.
AHS seeks an Associate Physician for the General Internal Medicine Program. The successful candidate works within the Hospitalist group under an attending physician’s direction. This regular full-time role supports acute patient care within a multidisciplinary team setting.
Key Responsibilities:

Deliver acute patient care at Red Deer Regional Hospital
Work within the General Internal Medicine Hospitalist group
Follow direction from an attending physician
Collaborate within a multidisciplinary team setting
Requirements:

Hold a limited medical license issued by CPSA
Be a Canadian citizen or landed immigrant
Graduate from an eligible international medical school
Have acute hospital-based care experience within three years
Pass MCCQE1 and meet IELTS requirements for licensure
