What We're Looking For
RIBO-licensed brokers (Personal & Commercial Lines)
OTL-licensed brokers interested in converting to RIBO
Strong communication and customer service skills
Sales-driven, motivated, and team-oriented individuals
Freshly licensed candidates are welcome!
What You'll Do
Prepare competitive insurance quotes, process applications, and manage policy renewals using SIG and Applied Rating Services.
Build lasting client relationships, generate referrals, and develop your own book of business.
Understand clients' needs and recommend tailored Personal and Commercial insurance solutions.
Work with multiple insurance markets to secure competitive coverage and pricing.
Apply underwriting guidelines and maintain compliance with industry standards.
Continuously develop your product knowledge and sales expertise through ongoing training.
