Financial Planning and Analysis Analyst

Power financial decisions at Tri-Mach through budgeting, financial modeling, and analysis that supports operations and organizational health.
As a Financial Analyst, you will prepare annual budgets, analyze business information, and develop recommendations for operational decisions. The finance team relies on your financial planning, reporting, projections, and research. Your work will examine profitability, margins, labour costs, purchasing trends, and business performance across departments, projects, products, and locations.
Key Responsibilities:
Review actual results against budgets, forecasts, and prior periods
Track KPIs and prepare financial reports and dashboards
Coordinate annual budgeting with department leaders monthly
Develop financial projections, models, and costing analyses
Prepare leadership, Board, acquisition, and investment analysis
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, or related field
Two or more years in financial planning, analysis, and modeling
Proficiency creating Power BI dashboards and reports
Ability to present financial information to non-financial audiences
Strong analytical, organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills
Bring financial modeling, budgeting, Power BI, and analytical expertise to Tri-Mach’s finance and operational decision-making.
