Cronos seeks a Brand Identity Design Manager in Stayner, Ontario, skilled in typography, composition, and Adobe Creative Cloud. Shape consistent brand expression across assigned initiatives.
Reporting to and partnering with the Director of Design, this manager oversees visual identity for assigned Cronos brands. The work covers beauty packaging, websites, advertising, editorial content, photography, and experiential activation. You will mentor, motivate, and recruit Graphic Designers while collaborating with Brand and Creative teams.
Key Responsibilities:

Define creative direction across packaging, digital, social, and editorial work
Partner with Brand and Creative teams on visual campaigns
Lead, mentor, motivate, and recruit Graphic Designers
Review designs for quality, deadlines, and identity compliance
Source vendors and improve design workflow efficiency
Requirements:

Five-plus years of graphic design experience
At least two years in a senior or lead role
Expert knowledge of Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign
Proven ability to set direction independently
Strong interpersonal, verbal, visual, and stakeholder communication skills
Apply brand identity leadership, creative direction, and team management skills across Cronos’s international portfolio of brands.
