Senior Vendor Estimating Analyst
TD
Apply technical estimating expertise as a Vendor Analyst III in Halifax, supporting Xactanalysis quality approval and repair accuracy for TD Insurance.
Within TD Insurance’s Procurement & Sourcing function, this analyst evaluates vendor estimates throughout claims. The work focuses on scope accuracy, repair timeliness, policy compliance, and industry trends. It also supports vendor coaching and a Legendary Customer Experience.
Key Responsibilities:
Evaluate and quality approve Xactanalysis assignments and estimates
Review estimates, images, measurements, and supporting documentation
Align damage scopes with TDI standards and IICRC requirements
Monitor Xactanalysis workflow compliance throughout claim lifecycles
Coach vendors on estimating standards and repair techniques
Requirements:
Formal training or experience with scoping and estimating
Xactimate and Xactanalysis training and knowledge
Technical knowledge of structural repairs
Proficiency using Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook
Effective, confident negotiation and strong communication skills
Bring vendor coaching, Xactanalysis review, and structural repair knowledge to TD Insurance’s Halifax evaluation operations.
