Healthcare Inventory Distribution Clerk

Use healthcare inventory expertise and accurate replenishment skills as a Material Management Aide at North Bay Regional Health Centre. Support scheduled distributions across all sites.
Working in the Purchasing Department, you will distribute essential supplies, equipment, specimens, pharmaceuticals, and stationery. You will replenish unit requirements using established quotas and an Automated Inventory Management System. Computer knowledge, including Meditech and MS Outlook, is required. The work also calls for physical fitness, good body mechanics, minimal supervision, and reliable availability for scheduled shifts and call-ins.
Key Responsibilities:
Replenish unit supplies accurately using established quotas
Distribute pharmaceuticals and laboratory specimens to designated areas
Deliver medical, surgical, and environmental supplies
Transport equipment and stationery deliveries throughout all sites
Maintain safe practices while handling supply carts
Requirements:
Grade 12 graduate or equivalent
Knowledge and experience with computers
Meditech and MS Outlook knowledge required
Data entry speed of 6,000 keystrokes hourly
Ability to push, pull, lift, and reach safely
