Construction Project Site Supervisor

Coordinate construction projects through scheduling, cost tracking, material ordering, and site leadership with Brandt’s customer-driven organization.
As a Site Supervisor, you will oversee renovation and construction project execution, including self-performed work. The position combines project scheduling, general purchase order cost tracking, time approvals, and material take-offs. Property and facility management responsibilities are also included.
Key Responsibilities:

Coordinate construction project schedules and site staging
Track general purchase order costs and approve time
Complete material take-offs and place orders
Manage property and facility requirements
Supervise repairs, forming, finishing, and reinforcement
Requirements:

Proven leadership within the construction industry
Required property development and management experience
Red Seal Journeyman Carpenter Certification or higher
Experience training workers in job site safety
Clean drivers abstract
Bring construction scheduling, cost control, material coordination, and site leadership to Brandt’s renovation and construction projects.
