Air Canada seeks a Talent Recruiter skilled in full-cycle recruitment and sourcing. This hybrid position requires regular office presence.
Reporting to the Manager, Talent Acquisition, you will support recruiting needs across Air Canada divisions. The position emphasizes screening, interviewing, applicant tracking, professional networks, social media, and client relationships. You will help attract talent, maintain candidate networks, and support diverse workforce initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
Screen, shortlist, and interview candidates with hiring managers
Build client relationships supporting recruitment quality and satisfaction
Track applicant activity and metrics through ATS and CRM
Source passive candidates through networks, social media, and campaigns
Attend recruitment activities and events, including occasional travel
Requirements:
University degree in Human Resources or related field
Recruiting experience in technical, mass, or management hiring
Understanding of Canadian employment legislation governing recruitment
Proficiency with Microsoft Office and web-based applicant systems
Bilingual English and French; flexibility to travel and work hybrid
Bring structured recruiting, sourcing, relationship-building, and bilingual communication skills to Air Canada’s Talent Acquisition team.
