Registered Practical Nurse Long Term Care

RhynoCare seeks an experienced Registered Practical Nurse for Long Term Care facilities in Windsor, ON. Hired and onboarded as an Independent Contractor, you will provide resident centered care while applying CNO standards, professional judgment, and care plans. Collaboration supports resident well being.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide safe, competent, and ethical nursing and personal care
Apply evidence informed decisions to support resident needs
Coordinate admissions, transfers, and discharges with healthcare teams
Administer and safeguard medications, treatments, and narcotics
Document care accurately and respond to medical emergencies
Requirements:
Current active registration with the College of Nurses of Ontario
Ability to work independently and collaboratively within healthcare teams
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Flexibility for eight or twelve hour shifts
Willingness to work across different facility units
