Uline Credit Team Leader
Uline
Build and coach Uline’s Credit Analyst team at the Toronto Branch, focusing on training, customer interactions, and performance results. Work on-site in Milton, Ontario.
Uline seeks an emerging financial leader to supervise Credit Analysts supporting its North American company. You will provide onboarding and training, monitor customer conversations, track results, and coach for increased success. Collaboration with Collections and Sales will help resolve account issues and assess credit-review orders.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide onboarding and training for Credit Analysts
Track team results and evaluate customer interactions
Coach employees to improve performance and service
Resolve account issues with Collections and Sales
Oversee special projects within the Credit team
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Finance or Accounting
Three-plus years of Credit or Collections leadership experience
Excellent communication and organizational skills
Strong time management capabilities
Microsoft Office proficiency, especially Excel; CCP an asset
Bring collaborative leadership, training experience, and Credit expertise to Uline’s on-site supervisor position in Milton.
