Deliver walk-in and primary medical care for patients of all ages as a Family Physician at Green Lane, Ontario, clinic.
This opportunity suits a Family Physician seeking full-time, part-time, or locum work while building a patient panel. Conduct assessments, manage acute and chronic conditions, and create treatment plans responsive to patient needs. Support preventive healthcare through screenings, vaccinations, and lifestyle counseling, while coordinating referrals and maintaining compliant medical records.
Key Responsibilities:
Conduct patient consultations, examinations, and comprehensive assessments
Diagnose and manage acute and chronic medical conditions
Implement individualized treatment plans for patients
Offer preventive vaccinations, screenings, and lifestyle counseling
Coordinate referrals with specialists and allied healthcare providers
Requirements:
MD or MBBS from an accredited institution
College of Physicians and Surgeons of Ontario licensure eligibility
College of Family Physicians of Canada certification or equivalent
Current CMPA medical liability coverage
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and patient-care skills
