Batch Records Quality Assurance Associate
DECIEM | THE ABNORMAL BEAUTY COMPANY
Batch-record specialists support DECIEM’s quality systems onsite at the Eastside Manufacturing Facility, serving overnight production from 11:30PM to 7:30AM. The role is based in Etobicoke.
As a Manufacturing Quality Assurance Associate, you will maintain compliance across batch documentation, compounding, packaging, and development processes. Your work supports DECIEM, The Abnormal Beauty Company, home to The Ordinary, NIOD, and AVESTAN. Accuracy and independent execution are essential.
Key Responsibilities:
Document batch details and verify reconciliations
Review MBPR and CBR accuracy and compliance
Issue manufacturing records and logbooks
Conduct kettle cleanliness checks for batching processes
Prepare Packaging Assembly Instructions in D365
Requirements:
Scientific bachelor’s degree or equivalent education and experience
Minimum two years’ manufacturing environment experience
Quality Assurance, Quality Control, or Regulatory Affairs background
Knowledge of GMP and GDP requirements
Demonstrated independent work with minimal supervision
Use quality documentation, batch-record review, and GMP expertise to support compliant beauty manufacturing at DECIEM.
