Lead The Shoe Co. store performance through sales leadership, team coaching, and exceptional customer experiences. This in-store role requires operational focus.
As Store Manager, you report to the District Manager and guide an inclusive store environment at The Shoe Co. You will coach and lead team members toward sales, web-order, recruiting, performance, training, and development objectives. Problem solving, dynamic team leadership, and operational excellence are central to success.
Key Responsibilities:
Maximize store results through exceptional customer experiences
Model responsive service and compelling merchandise presentation
Balance policies, shrink prevention, payroll, reporting, and scheduling
Recruit, manage, develop, and train talent
Maintain communication with Senior Operational Managers
Requirements:
Relevant post-secondary education
At least four years of progressive retail supervision
Success achieving sales and profitability targets
Strong leadership and ability to motivate others
Availability for days, closing shifts, and weekends
Bring retail leadership, customer connection, and operational discipline to The Shoe Co. while developing teams and achieving store objectives.
