Restaurant Operations Assistant Manager
Stacked Pancake and Breakfast house
Lead restaurant operations at Stacked Pancake and Breakfast house using budgeting, staff supervision, and daily planning skills. This is an on-site rural area position.
As a Restaurant Assistant Manager, you will evaluate daily operations, monitor staff performance, and organize services. The position includes responsibility for budgets from $500,001 to $1,500,000. You will train staff, negotiate supplier arrangements, participate in marketing implementation, and address customer concerns while using MS Office.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop budgets for food, ingredients, alcohol, and supplies
Evaluate and organize daily restaurant operations
Monitor performance and train staff members
Determine services and implement operational procedures
Negotiate suppliers and address customer concerns
Requirements:
Experience supervising 11 to 15 people
Knowledge of MS Office
Reference required for employment
Accuracy and organized work habits
