This General Help role supports assigned food production areas through preparation, assembly, and delivery readiness. Duties include preparing beverages, vegetables, and desserts, plus portioning regular and special diet meal trays. The position also maintains carts, dishware, storage areas, and kitchen equipment as directed.
Key Responsibilities:

Count, weigh, and measure ingredients for assigned production areas
Prepare beverages, vegetables, desserts, and assembled sandwiches
Portion meal trays and special diet trays by schedule
Load meal carts and prepare them for delivery
Clean carts, wash dishes, and maintain orderly storage
Requirements:

Ability to work efficiently in assigned food production areas
Ability to handle equipment and products safely
Ability to follow preparation and meal schedules
Ability to complete reasonable management requests within suitable timeframes
Apply meal preparation, food assembly, safe equipment handling, and kitchen cleaning skills across assigned production duties.
