Luxury Hotel Server – Parental Leave Contract

Fairmont Waterfront in Vancouver is seeking a Server for a full-time parental leave contract from November 2026 to June 2027. You will provide warm, attentive service at ARC Restaurant & Bar, showing strong knowledge of menus and beverage lists to guests.
Reporting to the General Manager, you will deliver food and beverage timely and accurately, while following safety policies and outlet standards. This role demands teamwork, reliability and composure in a fast-paced environment.
