Cannabis Retail Store Supervisor
SNDL – Value Buds Canmore
Lead in-person cannabis retail operations at Value Buds with customer service and compliance expertise. Support a welcoming store experience every day.
As a Supervisor, you will guide customers toward suitable products while prioritizing safe, responsible consumption. You will support management with product launches, promotional programs, inventory, ordering, receiving, and daily objectives. The position requires confident communication, problem-solving, and knowledge of cannabis regulations.
Key Responsibilities:
Greet customers and guide them toward products
Educate customers on safe, responsible cannabis consumption
Resolve complaints and inform management of incidents
Set daily tasks when management is unavailable
Maintain organized shelves, coolers, and inventory levels
Requirements:
Two years of customer service experience
Two years of retail or hospitality experience
One year of supervisory experience preferred
High School Diploma or equivalent
Required provincial cannabis certification
Bring customer service, retail supervision, and regulatory knowledge to Value Buds while supporting safe cannabis shopping experiences.
