About the Role
Our client is seeking a motivated and experienced Law Clerk to join their Litigation and Dispute Resolution team. This role offers the opportunity to work exclusively in civil litigation within a collaborative and dynamic environment.
Key Responsibilities
Support the Litigation and Dispute Resolution team on various civil litigation matters
Respond to client needs promptly and professionally
Draft, format, and manage legal documents using software such as Outlook, Word, Korbitek, and others
Assist with case management, research, and administrative tasks as required
Qualifications
Post-secondary diploma or degree in a related field
Bilingual in French and English (essential)
Strong time-management and organizational skills
Excellent interpersonal and problem-solving abilities
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment
Capable of managing a busy workload while multitasking effectively
